22 year old Surgical Technician harassed by 46 year old male technician who would hug and kiss my client. Following her complaints to management, the employer refused to separate the victim from the perpetrator. During trial, the employer testified that it had "lost" the video tape which showed an unwelcomed encounter between the victim and perpetrator. The jury awarded my client  nearly $225,000 in damages.
